Helpwave provides AI-powered customer support solutions, including but not limited to:

3. Account Registration and Security
To use our Services, you must:

- • Maintain the security of your account credentials
- • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend access for maintenance or updates. Specific service levels may be defined in separate agreements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- • We provide the Services 'as is' without warranties
- • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim
10. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services:

- • For non-payment of fees

11. Changes to Terms
