You are requested to read our terms of service very carefully. By executing an order form that refers to these terms of service or by taking action by clicking the option for the agreement of these terms as presented to you, you agree and acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood, hence agreed to be bound by these terms of service. You are binding companies or entities if you are entering these terms of service on their behalf as their representative.
The Service acts as a central platform for Customer Data, allowing clients to collect Customer Data from selected sources ("Sources") and send it to chosen destinations ("Destinations") for further use. Supported Sources and Destinations are identified in the Documentation. Customers maintain control over the Sources, Destinations, and the types of data shared.
HelpWave shall make the Service available to Customers during the Subscription Term solely for internal business purposes as permitted by and subject to this Agreement. Customers may permit their employees or contractors ("Users") to use the Service on their behalf, provided they comply with these terms.
Customers must provide valid account information, including legal names, email addresses, and other requested details, to obtain an account. Customers are solely responsible for protecting account credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
Customers agree not to misuse the Service in any way, including but not limited to selling or sublicensing the Service, transmitting malicious code, or using the Service to infringe intellectual property rights.
HelpWave may provide access to third-party products or services. Use of these services is subject to additional terms and conditions, and HelpWave is not responsible for their performance or suitability.
HelpWave may offer a trial period for the Service, which may be limited in functionality. Customers use the trial Service at their own risk.
HelpWave may store Customer Data to enable features and functionality. Data is stored and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and security measures.
Customers must notify HelpWave immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches related to their accounts.
Customers warrant that they have the right to provide data to HelpWave and ensure compliance with all applicable laws. HelpWave may use data in aggregate and anonymized forms to improve the Service.
HelpWave’s privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
HelpWave employs industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee 100% security. Customers are responsible for using secure connections when transmitting data.
